A Front Row Seat To History

OK, so maybe I wasn't in the front row, but fourth row from the platform
where Barack Obama was sworn in as the 44th President of the United
States ain't bad.

Main Street

Its the calm before the storm on Main Street right now although I doubt
its going to get as crazy as past years judging by the amount of people
walking around and the lack of events taking place in the shops that
line Main Street.

Sundance Media Center

In true Sundance form the media center is located in the Marriott, which
would be great if I were staying here. I picked up my credential and
tickets to the screening of Tyson and Thrilla In Manila for tomorrow so
I should be all boxing documentary-ed out by the end of the day.

Salt Lake to Park City

Since there were no hotels in Park City, I'm staying in Salt Lake City,
which isn't actually that bad. Its about a 30-minute drive and the Hotel
Monaco is one of the nicer hotels I've stayed at. They have a
complimentary wine and massage hour in the afternoon.
